PAYMENT
We accept all major credit cards: Amex, Visa, Mastercard & Discover. We do not take COD or check payments.
PRIVACY POLICY
Products that are unopened may be returned for a refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping and handling charges. All returns must be made within 15 days of receipt, and require a Return Authorization number which one of our customer service representatives will provide. Once the product is received and inspected, you will receive a credit on the credit card you used to purchase. Most refunds should appear within 2-3 days following receipt of the product. When returning a product, we suggest you use a shipping service that provides a tracking number (UPS, FedEx, US Postal Service Delivery Confirmation).

Effective June 6, 2008, we ship all orders via UPS Ground, unless specified otherwise.
