  • Q. How do I get started with PapaCigar.com?
  • A. To get started, all you need to do is add your email to our mailing list via the simple form on our home page. (Membership is Free!) Once you are a member, you will be sent an email on how to take advantage of our offer for a FREE Cigar Sampler and how to shop our website for incredible deals on cigars and cigar related merchandise. On a weekly basis, you will receive emails from us informing you of newly available cigars and any other special deals we may offering. If you have any question, feel free to contact us at support@PapaCigar.com.
  • Q. How long will it take to deliver my order(s)?
  • A. Orders placed before 11 a.m. Pacific Standard Time will be shipped the same day. UPS Ground typically takes 5 - 7 days, depending on your location. A tracking number provided by the UPS will be sent to you when the order ships and can be tracked on ups.com. We will be adding additional shipping options for express, second day and overnight for an additional charge.
  • Q. If I don't see a product listed that I want, can I place a special order?
  • A. Send us an email letting us know what you are looking for, and we'll see what we can do for you. We can't promise that we'll be able to get what you want, but we will give it our best shot!
  • Q. Is your website secure?
  • A. Definitely, YES. All orders are placed over a 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) which will encrypt all personal information you send over the Internet on our site.
  • Q. What about Returns or Refunds?
  • A. Products that are unopened may be returned for a refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping and handling charges. All returns must be made within 15 days of receipt, and require a Return Authorization number which one of our customer service representatives will provide. Once the product is received and inspected, you will receive a credit on the credit card you used to purchase. Most refunds should appear within 2-3 days following receipt of the product. When returning a product, we suggest you use a shipping service that provides a tracking number (UPS, FedEx, US Postal Service Delivery Confirmation).
  • Q. What if I already purchased a product and want to see if it has been shipped?
  • A. First, log-in and then click the "Order Status" tab at the top of the page. You are then able to view your order status and/or history.
  • Q. What if I made a mistake?
  • A. You are human, and may make a mistake. As we attempt to provide you with quick service, please act fast if you realize you purchased the wrong product before it gets shipped.
  • Q. What if I want to change my billing address or any other type of personal information?
  • A. Click on the "My Account" tab at the top of the page. You will then enter an account management center. Click on the "Edit My Account Information" tab and make necessary changes.
  • Q. What if you send the wrong product or made a mistake?
  • A. We are human, and may make a mistake from time to time. If you have received the wrong product or missing products, call us and we will rectify the situation immediately. Customer service is our number one concern. We know you have many choices when it comes to shopping for cigars and we will work our hardest to ensure you have a pleasant experience with us.
  • Q. What is PapaCigar.com all about?
  • A. PapaCigar.com is not a typical online cigar store. We buy premium cigars in bulk and pass the savings on to our members. We do not carry (or claim to carry) all different styles of the hundreds of different brands available on the market. We only carry cigars from the most popular brands and styles that we can offer at significant savings. We are always bringing in different cigars at all times, so even if we do not have your favorite cigars in stock now, it doesn't mean we will never have them in stock. We also offer a very large variety of cigar samplers to our members every month so that they can try different cigars without having to buy the entire box.

  • A. 1) Cigar smokers who like to receive great deals on premium cigars. 2) Cigar smokers who like to try different cigars and expand their tastes. 3) Cigar smokers who want to be treated like family instead of just another customer. 4) Cigar smokers who want the comfort of knowing that anything they order is in stock and ready to ship the day they order it.
  • Q. Will I be charged Sales Tax?
  • A. If your shipping address is in California, we must charge you 46.76% Excise Tax per California State Law on cigars plus 7.75% Sales Tax, and only 7.75% Sales Tax on merchandise. For orders shipped outside of California, we do not collect sales tax, but you should check with your state to determine their policies on interstate tobacco sales.
